1. Content License

By uploading, posting, or submitting any content to Texas Boast, you grant Texas Boast and its operators a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content, in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial purposes. This license survives any termination of your account. You may not demand removal of content once posted.

2. Platform Moderation

Texas Boast reserves the right to remove, hide, or modify any content at its sole discretion, without notice and without explanation. This is a private platform. We are not obligated to host any content, maintain any account, or provide any reason for moderation decisions. Appeals are not available.

3. AI Detection

Posts flagged by the community and verified as AI-generated by our detection systems will receive a permanent “ALL HAT, NO CATTLE” stamp. This determination is final. The stamp cannot be removed by the poster.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post graphic violence, gore, explicit sexual content, or content designed to harass, threaten, or target individuals. Political content outside the scope of Texas pride and humor is not welcome. Violations will result in immediate content removal and may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions

Paid memberships (Mavericks, Lone Star Legends) are billed annually. Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

Texas Boast is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, content accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
